Barbati's LLC is registered with the State of Pennsylvania.

Terms & conditions

Please read Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. (You = means the customer us = means Barbati's LLC) By using our services you agree to all Terms and Conditions.

This is an agreement between Pittsburgh Cleaning Solutions, Barbati's LLC, 412clean.com all affiliates and you the customer. We and our partners have the right to collect and use any information provided to us. You agree that by using our services you agree to all Terms and Conditions, Refund Return Policies, Services Offered, Privacy Statement, Late Payments and any other terms of service offered.

It is at our digression weather we accept a contract for whatever reason we see acceptable, You (the customer) have the right to not accept service, you understand that you can cancel your contract for whatever reason, but we must be informed of the cancelation 30 days in advance or we have the right to charge a 30 day average cost on the final invoice.

While using our service you agree to hold Pittsburgh Cleaning Solutions (Barbati's LLC) and all affiliates, partners, or anyone connected to our company not at fault for any service provided through our company or from 412clean.com Pittsburgh Cleaning Solutions, Barbati's LLC or any of partners for any reason but not limited to malfunction of or misuse of any product or equipment on any or purposeful acts of damage. After an invoice is sent you have 14 days to pay the invoice, if the invoice is not paid within 14 days we have the right to charge a $25.00 fee every 7 days the invoice goes unpaid until the invoice has been paid.

Refund / return policies

If you are not 100% satisfied with the cleaning services provided call our office within 12 hours of service preformed and we will re-clean any areas of concern you have free of charge.

Return checks are subject to $35.00 fee. When service is ordered you have 24 hours to cancel if you wish to do so free of charge, after 24 hours a 50% fee (half of the cost of the service) will be applied.
